RETURN TOLICY

Returns
Dear customers, your satisfaction is our goal. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please make sure to contact us with email at first. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and still, have the original package & gifts attached, as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, please make sure the wig is intact and the lace has not been cut. Items have been used or washed is not allowed to return any more. Our policy lasts 14 days, if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligible Products:
- In original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no odor or signs of wear or styling product).
- Must have tags attached and in original packaging.
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the original ship date of the order.

Ineligible Products:
- Gift cards
- Used items
- Final Sale Items
- Gifts and packaging are broken
- Any Items more than 14 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will process your refund within 1-2 Working days from processing your return, and The refund will be automatically returned to your credit card or original method of payment. Please keep in mind your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at munkenservice@gmail.com

Gifts 
After you initiate a return, please return the gift you gave when you purchased the item, and the gift must be intact, otherwise we will have the right to reject your refund

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
